SHIPPING

With your purchase and confirmation of any order there is a 2–3 week turnaround time that can be subjected to change with proper notice via email. We do not offer refunds for shipping and handling via returns or exchanges. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or delivery to incorrect addresses that are provided at purchase. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if items were received damaged, please provide pictures and send to proper mail service in order to start a claim process for items.

RETURNS

We do not offer returns for custom or personalized items. For all other listings, you have 30 days after purchase or upon receipt to return or exchange your item unless noted in our exceptions. Please provide your receipt with order number via email to campbellcutzllc@gmail.com and we will refund your purchase to the original form of payment 3-5 business days once returned item has been received and reviewed. Payment refunds will exclude shipping/handling fees.
