Placing an Order
Please ensure before purchase you read each listing carefully confirming size, price, materials, colors, turnaround time, ect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind based on final reviewed and accepted items. We do not offer refunds/returns for personalized or custom items. We still want to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied and could be potentially compensated with discounts for future orders based on company discretion. Dissatisfaction should be communicated at least 3 business days after receiving purchase to our business email (campbellcutzllc@gmail.com). By placing your order, you have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.
Custom Requested Orders
Each custom requested order will have a non-refundable deposit of $25. Custom requested order inquiries are initiated by filling out an order form located on the homepage of our website, a virtual consultation, or by sending an email to campbellcutzllc@gmail.com. We do not ship products that are not approved, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Custom orders are not fully processed until customer approves final mock Please allow up to 24-48 hours Monday - Friday for us to send out mock-ups or respond to messages. We reserve the right to decline custom order requests. By placing your order, you have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.
Cancelled Orders
In regard to non-custom orders, you have 48 hours to cancel order via sending a subjected "cancel purchase request" email with order number to campbellcutzllc@gmail.com to receive a full refund. For custom orders, you would need to cancel order before final draft has been confirmed.
Digital products
For Digital Products you will receive 1 ZIP file download containing the
following:
the DWG, SVG and PDF files.
Please note you are purchasing a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD; no physical product will be sent and refunds WILL NOT be issued after your purchase is made. We'd love to see what you create using our file, feel free to share them with us!

- have unlimited sales
- print/cut files of our designs for your personal use
- print/cut files of our designs for your small business use
- you may modify for your own final use
You may NOT:
- share, sell or give away any portion of this file in its entirety or altered state.
- you may not modify our designs in any way, for example, rearranging or removing parts of our design, to claim as your own.
NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT WITH THIS PURCHASE
